The basis for any transformation is our willingness to risk looking at our conditioning, our beliefs and values, as well as our character that emerges from them. What we will discover is that we often carry a ‘mask’, which protects us from being exposed to our true strengths but also our fears.

The amount of energy we invest to uphold this mask is immense and distances us from a deeper truth that lies within each and every one of us. The work described here is dedicated to bringing truth and clarity into your life, and gradually strengthening your ability to contain more – both physically and emotionally.

Once you embark on this journey of ‘your’ truth, the result is an openness with which you gain the opportunity to participate in life more fully. You will more easily understand your needs, embrace more parts of our yourself, and in turn connect with others.

In an atmosphere of love and safety the use of both cognitive and body-related therapeutic approaches will allow you to feel and understand at our own pace, to regain trust in yourself and thereby also trust in life itself. Powerful tools such as trauma related therapy, breath and bioenergetics, family constellation, and various counseling techniques support you to explore your life in ways suitable for you and find ways to heal wounds from the past.

The work is offered in the form of groups and individual sessions.

I understood that I can be myself and that it's ok. And that if i'm not, then something is not really living in me.
